Misoprostol is the second drug in the two-pill regimen. After misoprostol, abortion-pill-reversal is not the conversation.

Go to an ER — do not wait — if you soak through two thick full-size pads per hour for two consecutive hours (if you are crashing before the second hour, do not wait); have a fever of 100.4°F or higher lasting more than 4 hours; faint; have worsening severe pain, one-sided pain, or pain at the tip of your shoulder; or have shortness of breath (call 911).

What to tell the ER: that you took mifepristone, or misoprostol, or both, if you did. When. How much you are bleeding.

If the pregnancy continues after misoprostol, there is an unknown risk of malformation. That is a physician conversation, not a webpage protocol. Chat and the form are here. Do not wait it out if you are crashing.

If you have taken only mifepristone, use Changed your mind after the first pill?.
